1. Agreement to Terms

By renting a golf cart from Ocala Golf Cart Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a golf cart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Provide a valid credit card for security deposit
• Agree to our rental terms and conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Rental Periods and Pricing

Rental periods and pricing are as follows:

• Daily Rentals: 3-day minimum required, starting at $50/day
• Weekly Rentals: Starting at $300/week
• Monthly Rentals: Starting at $600/month
• Fleet Rentals: Custom pricing based on quantity and duration

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Contact us for current rates and special event pricing.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies based on the rental period and cart type. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the golf cart in satisfactory condition, minus any damages or additional charges.

5. Golf Cart Operation

When operating our golf carts, you agree to:

• Operate the golf cart safely and responsibly
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity
• Not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not use the golf cart for racing or reckless driving
• Not modify or alter the golf cart in any way

6. Damage and Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the golf cart during your rental period. This includes damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence. We recommend operating the golf cart safely and within designated areas.

Ocala Golf Cart Rentals is not liable for personal injury or property damage that may occur while using our golf carts. Renters assume all risk associated with golf cart operation.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled rental start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Delivery and Pickup

We provide free delivery and pickup within Ocala city limits. Extended delivery areas may incur additional charges. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated based on availability and your schedule.

9. Fuel and Maintenance

All golf carts are delivered with a full tank of gas. Renters are responsible for refueling the golf cart before return. Golf carts must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

10. Weather and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate accommodations.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
